CASTLEBAR SUMMER FESTIVAL
We’re bringing a brand-new, free music festival to Castlebar, celebrating live music, community spirit, and local talent. Inspired by past events like The Blues Festival and The Song Contest, we’re combining the best elements of Castlebar’s music history into one exciting weekend. Expect an incredible mix of tribute headliners and emerging artists, playing across local pubs and the main stage in Mill Lane (Hoban's) car park.
How it works...

Local acts perform across various pubs in Castlebar.
🎸 Sunday 3rd August: The main event!
Our headline tribute acts—QWEEN, IE/DC and NO ACES—take the stage from 2:00pm - 10:30pm, supported by selected local bands from the weekend.
It's family friendly and it's free!
